Returns
SECUR Signal aim to provide great quality goods that are fault and damage free, however an issue may arise where you may need to return a product. You can return them under these conditions.
If the product you received does not match the item description or images you ordered, you must provide proof that the goods received do not match. We will be responsible for paying the return postage in this case.
If the goods received are faulty and not functioning as they should be or they develop a fault within the warranty period, you are entitled a repair or replacement. If the products you receive are faulty when you receive them you should contact us within 3 days and we will either send you a replacement or refund you. We will pay the return shipping cost.
If any goods get damaged in transit you should let us know as soon as possible. We will not pay the shipping cost in this case but we will provide a replacement.
You have a statutory right to a ‘cooling off’ period. This is when you receive your order and ends 7 days when you have received your order. If you change your mind about any of the goods order just return them back to SECUR Signal within 7 days of receiving your order. Goods must be unopened, unused and still in original packaging and be in saleable condition.
