Warranty

SECUR Signal assure to its distributors and professional customers all its products are free of faults and defects and have quality craftsmanship and are designed for a period of three years from date of manufacture. This warranty is between SECUR Signal B.V. and the original purchaser of the goods and is subject to the following conditions:

1. This warranty does not covert products which have been subject to misuse, inadequate maintenance, negligence or extraordinary conditions of service.
   
2. The warranty does not cover the products when maintenance or installation is different from the product manual.
   
3. The Warranty does not cover any products that have been modified or altered in any way.
   
4. The warranty which include lamps, flash tubes or any other consumable parts of the units are not covered by the warranty. SECUR Signal is will honour the warranty at its own discretion.
   
5. This warranty does not cover the expenses of labour in dis-installation and re-installation of the product unit in accordance with the price list of SECUR Signal.
   
6. Should the faulty units be beyond repair or any of the defective part is unable to be recovered, we will then aim to either reimburse or replace. This will be done at SECUR Signal’s discretion.
   
7. This warranty does covers the shipping expense for the units to be shipped to or from us. Should the faulty units be subject for further inspection, the return shipping is also covered.
   
8. Repaired or replaced parts are under warranty for 6 months or for the remaining period of the units warranty period, whichever is longer.
   

 SECUR Signal grant no other warranty to units. In no circumstance will SECUR Signal be responsible for loss or profit or any damages arising from defects.
